Mr. Beerman has been Georgia Gulf Corporation’s vice president, general counsel, and secretary since 1994. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, he was a corporate attorney for Georgia-Pacific Corporation and was in private law practice.
Mr. Beerman earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and a juris doctorate from Seattle University.
