Mr. Doherty is Georgia Gulf Corporation's Vice President – PVC Compounds. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President – Custom Products. Previously, he held sales and business management positions with Georgia Gulf, Georgia-Pacific and GE Plastics.
Mr. Doherty attended Clemson University and the State University of New York at Buffalo where he completed his degree program in Economics.
