Responsible Care Policy Statement
It is the policy of Georgia Gulf Corporation to operate and maintain its facilities in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws governing environmental, health, safety and security. All Georgia Gulf Corporation operations shall be managed in a manner that protects the environment, employees, surrounding communities and equipment.
Georgia Gulf Corporation's United States chemicals & vinyls operations shall comply with the requirements of the Responsible Care® Management System and shall continually establish and review appropriate goals, objectives and targets.
This policy shall be openly communicated to and shared with employees and other stakeholders, including members of the public.
